Combine yeast, sugar, salt and 1 1/2 cups flour in large mixing bowl. to mix.
Add milk, water, butter and egg. Beat until well blended.
Add remaining flour to make stiff batter.
Spoon into greased muffin cups filling each about 2/3 full.
Cover.
Allow to rise about 30 minutes.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
