Spoon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 2 c. lukewarm water, 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted, 1/4 c. sugar and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place yeast in 2 cups water.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg. Add yeast to mixture; add flour and mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin tin.
