Spoon Bread
Spoon Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cornbread mix, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 c. milk, 3 egg yolks, beaten and 3 stiffly beaten whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine cornbread mix and salt in a 2-quart saucepan. Gradually stir in milk until smooth.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until very thick, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Blend 1/2 cup cooked mixture into egg yolks.
Blend in remaining cooked mixture until smooth.
Fold in egg whites.
Bake in greased round 1 1/2-quart casserole at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve immediately.
