Spoon Bread
Spoon Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 well beaten eggs, 3 c. milk, 1 scant c. white cornmeal, piece of butter (size of walnut) and 3 level tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Make mush of the meal and 2 cups of milk.
Add the rest of the milk, well beaten eggs, salt and baking powder and melted butter. Bake in a medium oven about 30 minutes or until set and brown. Serve with butter in same Pyrex or Earthenware dish in which it was baked.
