Cream butter and sugar.
Add molasses and egg.
Sift together ginger, cinnamon and flour.
Blend into molasses mixture. Dissolve soda in boiling water.
Add to mixture; batter will be runny.
Bake in greased pan at 325Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
