Spitun
Spitun is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 2 (8 oz.) cans light chunk tuna, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese and 1/2 c. italian bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook spinach according to package and drain.
In a medium bowl, lovingly break up the tuna.
Add the spinach and mix.
Add the mayonnaise and mix.
Add the bread crumbs and mix.
Add half of the Parmesan cheese and mix.
Add the lemon juice and mix.
Gently place the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
Top with remaining cheese and bread crumbs.
Bake at 325Β° for 20 minutes.
