Spinach Torte
Spinach Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, 3 tbsp. butter, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. season-all, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook spinach as directed on package and drain.
To prepare the white sauce, melt the butter in a pan with the flour and half of the salt.
Add milk; stir and cook 1 minute.
Remove from heat and let the mixture slightly cool.
Break and add the eggs to the sauce.
Beat with a fork lightly, then add the cheese, onion, Season All, pepper, raisins, spinach and then the remaining salt. Mix thoroughly.
