Spinach Torta
Spinach Torta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen spinach, 4 slices bread, 1 c. milk, 1 c. parmesan cheese and 6 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook spinach and drain.
In a large bowl place spinach, bread (torn into pieces, crust too!), milk and cheese.
Mix together. Place the remaining ingredients in a blender and mix well.
Pour blended portion over mixture in bowl.
Mix evenly.
Pour into greased 8 x 10-inch or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cut into squares.
