Spinach Stuffed Shells
Spinach Stuffed Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 box large pasta shells, 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (use 2 if you like it real spinachy), 1 small ricotta cheese, 1 (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey (optional, can be made vegetarian), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Boil shells and drain.
Prepare spinach as directed.
Open hot spinach into a bowl and mix with Ricotta and Mozzarella cheeses. Stir until cheese melts.
Fill each shell with a spoonful of spinach/cheese mix and place in baking dish.
Cover with sauce with or without browned meat.
Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
