Spinach Stuffed Shells
Jumbo pasta shells stuffed with ricotta, parmesan, and fresh spinach, then bathed in four-cheese sauce. A vegetarian Italian-American comfort favorite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Prepare stuffing shells according to package directions; drain.
Whip together Ricotta, egg, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Stir in spinach.
Fill shells equally with cheese mixture.
Pour half of the pasta sauce in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Arrange shells on sauce.
Pour remaining sauce over shells.
Cover; bake in a 350Β° oven for 25 minutes.
Uncover and top with Mozzarella.
Cover; return to oven 5 minutes.
