Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms
Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach soufflé, thawed, 3 to 4 dashes lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt to taste, 12 to 18 fresh mushrooms, stems removed and dipped in melted butter and 1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix together the soufflé, lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt. Remove mushroom stems and dip in melted butter; chop stems finely. Add minced onion and saute in 3 tablespoons of butter until soft. Mix with spinach mixture.
Fill mushroom caps until slightly rounded.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in preheated oven at 375° until filling is set and golden (12 to 15 minutes).
