Spinach Stuffed Fish Rolls
Spinach Stuffed Fish Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp. grated onion, 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce and 4 fish fillets (1/4 lb. each), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a small bowl, combine spinach, cheese, onion and hot sauce.
Mix well.
Divide filling into 4 portions.
Place one portion across fish; starting with short end, roll fish around filling.
Melt butter and stir in garlic.
Brush each fish roll with this and place in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle liberally with paprika.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve over rice, if desired.
