Spinach Squares
Spinach Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 3 eggs, 1 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Melt butter in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Beat eggs.
Add flour, milk, salt and baking powder; mix.
Add cheese, spinach (drain excess water) and onion.
Pour into pan over melted butter.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
Cool 45 minutes.
Cut into small squares.
Reheat for about 12 to 15 minutes at 350° if necessary.
Squares can be frozen after baking.
