Spinach Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, beaten, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained, 1/2 c. chopped toasted walnuts and 1/4 c. minced green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except rolls.

Mix well.

Unroll crescent rolls, but do not separate.

Press them onto bottom of a 9 x 13-inch buttered baking pan.

Press the seams together.

Spread the spinach mixture over the dough.

Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes, or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cut into 1-inch squares.

Serves 48 squares. Approximate calories per serving
