Preheat oven to 350Β°.

In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, melt butter in oven while it's preheating.

In a large bowl, beat eggs, then add flour, milk, salt and baking powder.

Add grated cheese, cooled spinach, onion and bacon (optional) to egg mixture.

Spoon into pan and level.

Sprinkle with seasoned salt.

Bake 35 minutes.

Cool 45 minutes and cut into 1-inch squares.

May be frozen.
