Spinach Squares
Spinach Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 medium onion, chopped and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine flour, salt and baking powder.
Add beaten eggs, milk and melted butter, then stir.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until bubbly around edges.
When cool, cut into squares and freeze on cookie sheets, then bag.
When serving, heat squares 20 minutes at 350° until brown on edges.
