Spinach Soufflé
Spinach Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 c. artichokes (not marinated), 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, 1 c. sour cream and 1/2 c. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook spinach and drain.
Drain the artichokes and cut in half. Saute onions in margarine.
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
