Made with 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained, 1 c. grated sharp cheese, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup and 3 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine all ingredients and place in a slightly greased 8-inch baking dish.
Place casserole dish in a pan with 1 1/2 to 2-inches of water.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
