Spinach Soufflé
Spinach Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices white bread, 4 eggs, 2 c. milk, 1 c. diced cheddar cheese and 1 (no. 3) can chopped spinach (drain), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Trim crusts from bread.
Cut into cubes.
Butter 1 1/2-quart soufflé dish.
Layer half the bread crumbs in bottom of baking dish.
Cover with half the diced cheese and half the spinach. Repeat, using remaining bread cheese and spinach.
Beat eggs with fork.
Add milk and salt.
Pour over layered ingredients.
Bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Makes large soufflé.
