Spinach-Shrimp Quiche
Spinach-Shrimp Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1 1/2 c. swiss cheese, shredded, 1 can shrimp or crabmeat, 1/2 to 1 c. spinach and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Place all ingredients, except eggs and half and half in plastic bag and shake with 2 tablespoons flour to coat everything. Beat eggs and half and half.
Add bag full of dry ingredients to egg mixture and stir only to moisten all ingredients. Pour into crust.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes, until knife inserted comes out clean.
