Made with 12 c. fresh spinach, torn into bite-size pieces (approximately 16 ounces), 1 tomato, cut in wedges, 2 hard-cooked eggs, cut in wedges, 1 small red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings and 1/2 c. crumpled feta cheese (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
