Spinach Salad
Spinach Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh spinach, washed and stems removed, 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp, drained and crumbled, 2 tbsp. bacon drippings, 1/4 c. red wine vinegar and 2 cloves garlic, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Break spinach into bite-size pieces.
Chill until crisp.
Make dressing by combining bacon drippings, vinegar, garlic, oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt or 17 Seasons.
Add pinch of sugar. Place crisp spinach in large bowl.
Add bacon.
Add sliced egg, if desired.
Toss and serve.
Serves 6 to 8.
