Spinach Salad
Spinach Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 bunches (1 lb.) spinach, 2 small cans water chestnuts, 1 can bean sprouts, 1/2 tbsp. salt and 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix together salt, Worcestershire sauce, oil, sugar, catsup and vinegar.
Warm up.
Wash spinach and tear up into bite-size pieces.
Drain water chestnuts and bean sprouts; add to spinach. Add onion, eggs and mushrooms.
Fry bacon.
Add to spinach.
Pour warm dressing over spinach.
