Spinach Salad
Spinach Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bag spinach, washed and torn, 4 hard-cooked eggs, 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled, 1 small bermuda onion, cut in rings and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix mayo, sugar, cream and vinegar together.
This makes more dressing than you will use.
I use milk in place of cream; it just isn't quite as creamy.
You can mix the dressing with the salad or let your guests use as much as they like.
