Spinach Romanoff
Spinach Romanoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. noodle roni romanoff, 1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped, 2 tbsp. onion, chopped, 1 c. sour cream and 1/4 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook noodles according to package and drain.
Cook spinach and drain.
Combine the noodles, spinach, onions and margarine.
Then mix together sour cream and Romanoff packet mix.
Add to noodles and spinach mixture.
Place mixture into a greased glass baking dish.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
