Spinach Roll-Ups
Spinach Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sour cream (medium container), 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1 pkg. hidden valley ranch dressing (use half of the dressing and then taste, add more as needed), 3 to 4 green onions (use all of onion) and bacon bits, crushed (not small), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix first 6 ingredients and spread thin down the center of the shells.
Roll and seal by using finger and adding a little water on 1/4-inch of shell; press together.
Freeze and then cut into 1/2-inch slices with a serrated knife.
