Made with 2 pkg. cooked, drained, chopped spinach, 1 1/2 c. pepperidge farm stuffing mix, 1 tbsp. minced onions, 6 eggs and 3/4 c. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix all ingredients well except tomatoes.
Cut thick slices of tomatoes and layer them on the bottom of baking dish (13 x 9-inch dish).
Sprinkle tomatoes with garlic powder.
Top tomatoes with spinach mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes.
