Spinach Ring
Spinach Ring is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 pkg. frozen spinach, 1 1/2 c. milk, 6 eggs, beaten, 3 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cook spinach and drain well.
Scald milk and blend with eggs. Add salt, Tabasco sauce and butter, stirring until butter melts. Add spinach and mix well.
Turn into a well greased 2 1/2-quart ring mold.
Bake 35 minutes at 350Β°.
Unmold and fill with Mushrooms A'La Lyonnaise.
