Spinach Rice Casserole
Spinach Rice Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, 2 c. cooked rice, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt margarine in pan.
Pour 1/2 of margarine over stuffing mix.
Set aside. Saute onion in remaining margarine.
Thaw spinach and squeeze dry.
Combine all ingredients, except stuffing mix. Pour into baking dish.
Top with stuffing mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
