Spinach Ranch Roll-Ups
Spinach Ranch Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, 1/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 pkg. ranch-style dressing mix and 1 bunch green onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In food processor, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and package of dressing. Process until thoroughly mixed and creamy. Transfer to medium size bowl. Then add remaining ingredients, except tortillas. Mix well. Spread enough mixture on a tortilla to cover. Roll up in foil. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Remove foil. Slice (about 1/2-inch thick) and serve on small platter. You can also freeze these and thaw 2 hours before serving. Enjoy.
