Spinach Quiche
Spinach Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 deep-dish pie shell, 1/2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, 3/4 c. mayonnaise, 3/4 c. milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place 1/2 cheese on bottom of pie shell.
Mix remaining cheese, spinach and chicken, then place in pie shell.
Whisk eggs, mayonnaise and milk together, then pour over pie shell.
Cook at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
