Spinach Quiche
Spinach Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 4 eggs, 1 can evaporated milk, 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. red pepper and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer until creamy.
Beat in eggs, evaporated milk and red pepper.
Stir in spinach, ham and onion.
Pour into frozen pie crust, salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in a preheated 350Β° oven on a baking sheet, 50 to 60 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
