Spinach Quiche
Spinach Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach or 3/4 pkg. fresh, cooked, 3/4 c. swiss cheese (half in pie), 8 strips bacon or 2 oz. bacon bits, 2 tbsp. green onion and 1 small carton whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook bacon; drain and crumble.
Combine half the Swiss cheese and the other ingredients.
Mix completely.
Pour into deep dish pie shell.
Cover with the rest of the cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until firm in center.
This is very good, even if you are not a lover of spinach.
