Spinach Quiche
Spinach Quiche is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (8 or 9-inch) partially baked pie shell, 1 tbsp. dijon mustard, 2 tbsp. minced green onion, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine and 10 oz. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cooked pastry shell with mustard.
Saute onions in butter, spinach and stir over moderate heat to evaporate moisture.
Pepper, nutmeg and Ricotta. Taste for seasoning.
Cream.
Pour into pastry shell. Sprinkle with cheese and dot with butter.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
