Spinach Quiche is an easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1/2 pt. heavy cream, 12 oz. grated cheese (swiss, gruyere, etc.), 1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, cooked and drained and 1 deep dish pie shell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Blend eggs and cream until foamy.
