Spinach Quiche
Spinach Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped, 1/2 lb. swiss cheese, shredded, 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 4 large or 5 small eggs and 1 c. skim milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook spinach according to package directions, omitting salt. Place on paper towels and squeeze until barely moist. Set aside. Combine cheese and flour.
Set aside.
Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Stir in spinach and cheese until well blended. Pour mixture into a 9-inch deep dish pie plate coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350Β° for 55 to 60 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 8.
