Spinach Quiche
Spinach Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 3 tbsp. flour, salt to taste, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained and 1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Melt margarine and sprinkle in flour while over heat.
Add salt; set aside.
Mix spinach, cottage cheese, eggs, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Add the margarine mixture to spinach.
Pour into pie shell; bake for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
