(10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained (squeeze in paper towels; do not cook), 1/2 pkg. ranch style dressing (dry, party dip style), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 (8 oz.) container light sour cream and 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix together all ingredients except tortillas.
Spread some mixture on tortillas to within 3/4-inch of edges.
Carefully roll up.
Refrigerate covered or wrapped in plastic wrap overnight. Cut into 1/2-inch slices to serve.
