Made with 3 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 lb. low-fat cottage cheese, 1/4 c. crumbled feta cheese and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded mozzarella, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook spinach and drain thoroughly.
Combine spinach, cheeses, eggs and seasonings.
Pour mixture into a square 9 x 9-inch pan (nonstick).
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes until golden on top.

Reheat in a 375° oven for 10 minutes.
