Spinach Pie
Spinach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. italian sausage, casing removed, cooked, drained, & crumbled, 1 large container ricotta cheese, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, drained, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft herb/garlic and 1 c. skim mozzarella cheese (4 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix sausage, ricotta, mozzarella, cream cheese, spinach, hot pepper sauce until well blended.
Fill pie crust with sausage mixture.
Make decorative cut out pastry - place on top.
Bake at 400 degrees 30 to 40 minutes or until brown.
Serve warm or room temp.
Will make 2 pies.
