Spinach Pie
Spinach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 to 1 lb. muenster cheese, 3 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, cooked and drained, 1 c. cottage cheese, 3 eggs, beaten and 1/3 c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Line bottom of the pan and 3/4 up the side with Muenster cheese.
Combine the rest of the ingredients and put in pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
