Spinach Omelet
Spinach Omelet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach, 4 slices bread, 1/2 lb. sharp grated cheese, 2 medium eggs and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook and drain chopped spinach.
Put 2 slices of bread in bottom of buttered loaf pan.
Top with layer of spinach and cheese. Repeat, having cheese on top.
Beat eggs; add milk and seasoning and pour over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
