Spinach Madeline
Spinach Madeline is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach or 2 cans spinach, 2 tbsp. onion, 4 tbsp. melted margarine, 2 tbsp. flour and 1/2 c. spinach juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook spinach according to directions.
Drain and reserve juice. Saute onion in butter until tender.
Add flour; stir until blended and smooth.
Slowly add juice and milk, stirring constantly.
Cook until smooth and thick.
Add pepper, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce and cheese.
Stir until cheese melts.
