Spinach Madeline
Spinach Madeline is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach or 2 cans spinach, 2 tbsp. onion, 4 tbsp. melted margarine, 2 tbsp. flour and 1/2 c. spinach juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook spinach according to directions.
Drain and reserve juice. Saute onion in butter until tender.
Add flour; stir until blended and smooth.
Slowly add juice and milk, stirring constantly.
Cook until smooth and thick.
Add pepper, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce and cheese.
Stir until cheese melts.
