Spinach Lasagna
Spinach Lasagna is an easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. bag frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained, 1 (16 oz.) box lasagna noodles, cooked firm, 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 1/2 bottles spaghetti sauce (use low fat variety) and 12 oz. ricotta cheese (part skim), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Combine drained spinach with the Ricotta cheese. Layer ingredients in 9 x 12-inch pan in the following order: Spinach and Ricotta mixture, spaghetti sauce, noodles and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat until ingredients are used up, ending top 2 layers with sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Makes 12 servings. Each serving contains 261 calories and 6.9 g fat.
