Spinach Lasagna
Spinach Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained, 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained, 2 lb. cottage cheese, 2 eggs and 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Cook spinach according to package directions.
Drain.
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, parsley, butter, salt, pepper and garlic powder in bowl.
Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Place layer of noodles in pan followed by layers of cottage cheese mixture, Monterey Jack cheese, spinach and Parmesan cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
