Made with 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 (24 to 30 oz.) container small curd cottage cheese, 1/2 tbsp. parsley and 1 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.

Mix together all remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese and spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella cheese.

Using 9 x 11-inch baking dish, pour a small amount of spaghetti sauce on bottom.

Layer with 1/2 lasagna noodles.

Next layer with 1/2 spinach mix.

Next layer with 1/2 package Mozzarella cheese.

Repeat.

End with sauce; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350Β° covered for 45 minutes.

Uncover and continue baking for 15 minutes.
