Spinach Lasagna
Spinach Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. nonfat cottage cheese, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed, 1 egg, 1 tsp. italian dressing and 2 c. spaghetti sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine cottage cheese, egg, spinach and dressing.
Spread 1/2 cup sauce on bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch dish.
Layer 3 noodles, spinach filling and sauce.
Repeat layering twice.
Top with Mozzarella and Parmesan.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 20 minutes at 375Β°.
Uncover and bake 30 minutes more, or until firm.
