Spinach Lasagna
Spinach Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ricotta cheese, 1 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded, 1 egg, 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix Ricotta, 1 cup Mozzarella, egg, spinach, salt, pepper and oregano.
In a greased pan, layer 1/2 cup sauce, 1/3 of noodles and 1/2 cheese mixture.
Repeat.
Top with remaining noodles, then remaining sauce.
Sprinkle with rest of Mozzarella.
Pour water around the edges.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
