Spinach In Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bag spinach, 1 onion, chopped, 1 clove garlic, chopped, 1/4 c. oil and 1 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Clean spinach of stems and wash.
Cook in water with some salt for about 20 minutes.
Pour through colander and chop.
Saute onion and garlic in oil.
Add flour and brown for about 1 minute.
